Terms of use
These terms cover the current invite-only research service. They are not a purchase agreement: no checkout or paid subscription is currently available.
Access and account security
Use only an account and content you are authorized to access. Email verification and an authenticator are mandatory. Keep codes private, report suspected compromise and use session controls when needed. Invitations do not grant access to the entire library. Access may expire or be revoked; abuse or a security incident may require suspension.
Research and software
The platform provides research organization, educational material, statistical tools and software information. It does not execute broker trades or provide personalized investment advice through the current service. You remain responsible for verifying inputs, licensing data, testing code and deciding whether a tool is suitable. Do not treat a probability or backtest as an instruction to trade.
Content and sharing
You retain rights to your original work. You authorize the processing needed to store, display and share it as you request. Upload only material you have permission to use. Do not redistribute licensed papers, paid courses, private code or someone else’s research without permission. Named-email sharing does not create public permission or an account invitation. Report rights concerns through Contact → Copyright.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, scrape private content, bypass controls, distribute malicious software, impersonate others, spam recipients or place unlawful content in the service. Code execution capabilities vary by environment. Never paste secrets into public or shared documents.
Availability and changes
The prelaunch service may change and third-party feeds may fail or be delayed. Save or export important work. We aim to correct errors, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free analytical output. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Future paid services
Displayed membership and product prices are planned only. No payment is taken and no recurring obligation is created. Final seller identity, entitlements, taxes, billing, termination, statutory withdrawal and software licensing terms will be provided before any purchase is enabled. Dutch law applies subject to mandatory protections available in your country of residence.
