Digital content & cancellations
Pricing is a preview. There are no orders, subscriptions, downloadable paid EAs or payment collection on YDLib at present.
Before paid launch
The seller’s registered identity, address and contact details, total taxes-inclusive price, recurring billing frequency, minimum duration if any, cancellation process, product compatibility, functionality, license and support commitments must be available before purchase. Planned prices may change before that offer exists.
Withdrawal and cancellation
Consumers generally have a statutory withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to applicable exceptions. Loss of withdrawal rights for immediately supplied digital content requires the legally required express consent, acknowledgment and confirmation; access alone is not a blanket waiver. Any future paid flow must implement the applicable online withdrawal function as well as ordinary subscription cancellation. Mandatory rights concerning faulty digital products remain.
Software products
MT5 catalogue entries are informational until an actual product and checkout are enabled. A future EA license must specify permitted installations/accounts, delivered files, dependencies, updates and support. No claim of installation readiness is made for an unreleased listing.
