HELP & TRUST

A clear next step.

Understand access, protect your account and follow the research process.

How do I get access?

Request an invitation and confirm your email. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, grant access or start a subscription. Access remains subject to an explicit invitation.

What does my membership unlock?

Your account combines plan capabilities with the channels and records shared with you. Individually purchased courses can remain available under their own terms. A plan never overrides private-content permissions.

Why are a signal and a strategy separate?

A signal measures or forecasts an outcome. A strategy specifies executable decisions, sizing, costs and risk. Good forecast statistics alone do not establish a profitable strategy.

How do I recover access?

Use a saved recovery code only through the sign-in recovery flow after email verification. If your authenticator and recovery codes are unavailable, contact support from your invited email. Never send passwords, one-time codes or recovery codes in a support message.

Why do market observations have different dates?

A quote, an economic observation, a publication date and a retrieval time are different. Official macro series may be monthly or annual. A recent fetch does not turn an old observation into live data.

Can I keep my work private?

Personal notes and research belong to your account. Share deliberately with the intended platform members. Content shared with you is separate from your personal work.

What should I include in a support request?

Include the page, approximate time, browser and a short description of the action and error. Remove account identifiers and private research from screenshots unless needed and intentionally shared.

Does YDLib execute trades?

The research and monitoring workspace does not place trades. Any separately released trading software has its own execution, license and risk documentation.

Need assistance?

Use the contact page for support, access questions or a responsible security report. Account recovery requires identity checks; support cannot promise immediate access.
